It is great info but it is not new for pakistani. The so called loadshedding has become so much a normal practice that the electricity authorities do not even consider it a problem. I am pretty much sure that more than half the country is shut down due to loadshedding at any given time. WAPDA/ HESCO do not bother to listen to the general public. Just visist any WAPDA/ HESCO office for confirmation as common citizen.

We can not put entire blame on federal government. Because the rot is as old as this country and even deeper. We see daily and live reports of corruption of Police etc. But overlook other departments. Each and every department where ENGINEERS are working have become dens/ mafias of corruption. And they all work in networks/ mafia.
